Answers to questions people often ask before their first session
We briefly get to know each other and identify what matters most right now. You speak at your own pace; I help with questions.
Then we map the situation: triggers, emotions, behaviour and what keeps the difficulty going. We finish with initial support for the coming days and discuss whether to continue, take a pause, and what frequency and format fit.
No. It is fine if your request feels vague. Part of the first session is helping make it clearer.
We agree on a convenient platform: Telegram, Discord, Yandex Telemost, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or another service.
I send the meeting link privately. We agree on the platform in advance.
We try to reconnect. If that does not work, we agree on another time for the remaining part of the session.
I work with clients aged 15 and above. Sessions are in Russian or Ukrainian — please choose the language you are comfortable speaking. I do not provide sessions in English.

We usually start weekly, then agree on a frequency that fits your situation and progress: sometimes every two weeks, sometimes more often for a short period.
Yes, contact me in advance. We clarify and agree on the rules, including the notice period, before starting.
What you discuss stays between us. We discuss confidentiality and its limits before starting, including situations involving a direct threat to life or safety.
Yes. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful and accepting. You can use language that feels natural, including swearing.
If you smoke or vape, we can discuss this in relation to your comfort during the session.
Sometimes I suggest tracking how you feel, reflection questions or short exercises.
I can send tasks through the booking bot so they remain accessible, with reminders. If useful, we can use Miro for visual notes and to review changes.
Yes. Personal therapy and regular supervision are part of responsible practice: they help me notice blind spots, work with difficult subjects and avoid working in isolation.
This does not make a practitioner perfect, but it supports more attentive and sustainable work.
Yes. Choose the couple / family format in the bot and a duration of 60, 90 or 120 minutes. For a family session, tell me in advance who would participate.
If you are currently unsafe — first contact emergency services or people nearby; they can respond more quickly and reliably.
I may help you find some stability through messages or a session, but this does not replace emergency care.
